There are six companies that have been approached for this multi one thousand million dollar contract , which is the single largest demurrer deal ever for India. These Six major aircraft's are Lockheed Martin's F-16IN Super Viper and Boeing's F/A-18E/F Super Hornet from the United States, Russian Federation's Mikoyan MiG-35, France's Dassault Rafale, Sweden's Saab Gripen and the EADS Eurofighter Typhoon. Each company is expected to bring along  at the least two competing aircraft's as recovered as flight simulators for display.

Aero India-2022, which will be held in the southern city of  Bengaluru on February 11th to 15th, would attract a record number of starring manufacturers, vendors and suppliers from 63 countries.
